Grandview Heights Schools is seeking two Site Managers (Fall) for the 2026-27 school year. 

Title: Fall and Winter Site Supervisor

Position Type: Supplemental

Reports to: Athletic Director

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of athletics

• Preferred current teaching license or pupil activity permit

• Flexible schedule with night and weekend availability

Essential Job Functions:

• Act as the site supervisor for varsity football, junior varsity football, middle school football, boys’ and girls’ high school basketball, boys’ and girls’ middle school basketball, boys’ and girls’ high school soccer, middle school boys’ and girls’ soccer contests as assigned by the AD.
• Open facility for contests by arriving 1 hour - 45 minutes before each game.
• Open gates, bathrooms, press box, locker rooms for contests. For middle school games, set up the game clock.
• Ensure American flag is raised for all varsity contests, as well as taken down and stored after.
• Assist ticket takers with set up for purchasing tickets to contests.
• Greet opposing teams, coaches, and officials.
• Reconcile ticket sales and secure ticket/cash box in the school at halftime.
• Close and lock up facility, press box, bathrooms, and storage after completion of contest.
• Meet with AD and Middle School AD to create schedule for site supervision for upcoming seasons.
